This workshop consists of four videos that are approximately 90 minutes each.
 
Mark will take you through unique experiential techniques on how to work with yourself and others utilizing true healing.

This course will be primarily pertaining to working with the body and applications and approaches in touch/non-touch. There will also be several exercises to assist in the understandings we’re working with.
